QUALITY & LOGISTICS FAQ
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for international export?
Our standard MOQ for international shipments is 1 Full Container Load (FCL), approximately 25-28 Metric Tons depending on the mineral type and destination regulations. For specific high-grade minerals like Mica, we can accommodate LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments starting from 5 Metric Tons.
What are the standard lead times for processing and dispatch?
Lead times vary depending on the required mesh size and volume. Generally, dispatch occurs within 7 to 21 working days after the receipt of a confirmed Letter of Credit (LC) or advance payment confirmation. Customized mineral blends may require an additional 5-7 days for precise batch testing.
Can I request product samples before placing a full-scale order?
Absolutely. We provide free product samples (up to 2 kg) for your in-house laboratory testing and verification. Please note that international courier charges are to be borne by the visitor/buyer. We can use your FEDEX/DHL account for seamless sample delivery.
Which ports do you utilize for global shipping from India?
Our primary gateway for international export is Mundra Port (Gujarat), which offers efficient connectivity to global shipping lines. We also utilize Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) for specific vessel schedules, ensuring our minerals reach over 20 nations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East on time.
Are chemical composition certifications (COA) provided with every batch?
Yes, every single dispatch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from our in-house R&D lab, featuring XRF fluorescence and whiteness meter results. We also permit third-party inspection (SGS/Bureau Veritas) at the buyer's cost before container loading.
